Our aim at 'The Wood Works' partnership is to create opportunities
for all people to connect to the craft tradition and to the natural world.
We achieve this by offering courses and workshops in Green Wood
and Willow Working and by working with groups, combining the ethos
and practice of Forest School, with Earth and Environmental Education. 

We work with individuals, independent groups and schools,
combining various activities to create either one off sessions or programmes
of activities, allowing participants to learn in, from and about the natural world.
We are also available to demonstrate our crafts at various events and shows.

We offer a garden design service (specifically with wildlife in mind) and can advise woodland owners about management choices. We also make and maintain
living willow structures.

We are based on the Quantock Hills, north of Taunton in Somerset.
